This Court by order dated 27th September, 2017 had in transfer application being Miscellaneous Civil Application (St.) No.26270 of 2017 had passed the following order :- 1.

Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for both the parties. Following order is passed, by consent :- (a) Commercial Arbitration Petition No.119 of 2017 filed before this Court is transferred to the District Court at Thane to be heard alongwith Commercial Arbitration Petition No.117 of 2016 and Commercial Arbitration Petition No.118 of 2016.

(b) The parties and / or their Advocates shall appear before Uday S. Jagtap

119-17-CARBP-910=.doc the District Court, Thane on 3rd October, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain appropriate orders.

(c) The District Judge at Thane shall endevour to hear and dispose off the above matters within a period of six months from the date of this order.

The above Miscellaneous Civil Application is accordingly disposed off."

Therefore, the present petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
