903-FAP-23-2016.DOC JSN
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
ORDINARY ORIGINAL CIVIL JURISDICTION AND IN ITS GENERAL AND INHERENT JURISDICTION JUDGE'S ORDER NO.62 OF 2016 IN FOREIGN ADOPTION PETITION NO.23 OF 2016 Bal Asha Trust
...Petitioner
AND Mr. Pizzuto Antonio & Anr.
... Proposed Adopters Mr. Rakesh Kapoor, for the Petitioner.
Mr.O. Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer of ICSW.
CORAM: G.S. PATEL, J DATED:
13th April 2016 PC:- 1.
After the last date, when I met personally with the minor, all that remained was the Hepatitis report of the proposed adopters and the supporting financial documents and property particulars. 2.
Mr. Kapoor for the Petitioners tenders a updated compilation that is taken on record and marked "X2"for identification. This has the latest HIV and Hepatitis reports for the minor, an updated child care statement dated 23rd March 2016, income, bank and property
903-FAP-23-2016.DOC statements and the Hepatitis reports of the proposed adoptive parents. The medical reports are clear. The property and financial documents are appeared to be in order. I make particular mention of the child care arrangement which I have seen. 3.
Although Praveen is older than is usual in such cases, in view of my personal interaction with him, and since these updated statements are now on file and appear to be in order, I am inclined to allow this Petition. I am now anxious that Praveen should be united with the Petitioners whom he already considers his parents and begin his new life with them. I wish them all the best of course, and I would consider it a pleasure and privilege to meet informally with Praveen and his adoptive parents again when they are arrive in India.
4.
The Judge's Order is separately signed.
