For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support of the Notice of Motion, the delay is condoned. The Caveat and the Affidavit in Support are already lodged with the Registry. 11th June 2018

The Registry will proceed to renumber the Petition as a Suit. To save the Petitioner's time and to save the Petitioner's trouble of having to file a chamber summons seeking directions, I will immediately take up the suit for framing issues. 4.
