Ld. Counsel for Applicants submitted that he has already served copy of Chamber Order upon the Respondents and undertakes to file Affidavit of Service on 11.04.2018. Undertaking is accepted.

Perused Affidavit in Support. Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order reveals that clerk of Advocate for Applicant had not followed matter and had not taken steps to remove office objections.

As none appeared on behalf of the Respondents, contention of the Applicants needs to be accepted as sufficient ground to allow instant Chamber Order. Hence, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
