Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. Considering the nature of the proposed amendment, the same deserves to be allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. Accordingly chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from the date on which this order is uploaded on the server. Reply, if any, to the amended portion of the petition shall be filed by the respondents by 31st July 2018. No further time shall be granted in view of the Supreme Court order dated 9th March 2017.
