NMW 191-15.doc furnishing a declaration of heirship together with a consent letter from all heirs of the deceased employee and also a suitable indemnity bond executed in favour of the Petitioner, the Petitioner shall disburse the amount to such of the heirs named by the legal heirs of the deceased employee as may be indicated by them. Order accordingly. Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed of.
