Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner. In the nature of order we propose to pass, is not necessary to issue notice to the Respondents.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner pointed out running page 204 of the Petition to contend that the Petitioner has been notified as a financial institution under Section 2(m) of 1 / 2 April 1, 2019

38-WPL-916-19.doc the SARFAESI Act. Learned Counsel further submitted that the Respondent No. 2 in the Securitisation Application is as a matter of fact an Authorised Officer as defined under Section 2(a) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002. 3.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and since the Petitioner has already filed an Appeal before D.R.A.T., we grant liberty to the Petitioner to make an Application before the D.R.A.T. for expeditious hearing of the Appeal, which Application may be considered sympathetically. 4.
