The Indian Adoption Petition proposes the adoption of a female minor, Manasvi, who was born on 22nd August 2017 and has been declared legally free for adoption. The proposed adoptive parents live in Bhandup.

The documents annexed to the Petition are in order including the home study report, the child care arrangement plan, health reports, financial documents and the reports by the social workers. 28th March 2018

I have seen the scrutiny report presented by Mr O Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer of the Indian Council of Social Welfare which is on record.

Having regard to the employment of the parents, that the adoptive father is working as a technician with Indusind Media & Communication Ltd and his gross annual salary is Rs.1,26,940/- and the adoptive mother is self employed as a beautician and her annual income is Rs.2,00,000/- as per her income Affidavit. I will slightly reduce the amount of investment to Rs.75,000/-. 5.

The Petition is allowed. The Judge's Order is separately signed.
