The Indian Adoption Petition proposes the adoption of a female minor, Sagarika, who was born on 7th January 2017 and has been declared legally free for adoption. The proposed adoptive parents live in Thane.

I have seen the scrutiny report presented by Mr O Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer of the Indian Council of Social Welfare which is on record and also heard Mr Kapoor. 28th March 2018

The child has a mild conductive bilateral hearing loss and has been attended to at Hinduja Hospital. If necessary, parties will consult Dr Milind Kirtane to whom a copy of this order may be forwarded for reference as also Ms Geeti Char, a consultant Audiologist (Mobile: +91 9820675001), for further treatment. The parents agree to do so.

Other than this, the documents annexed to the Petition are in order including the home study report, the child care arrangement plan, health reports, financial documents and the reports by the social workers.

The Petition is allowed. The Judge's Order is separately signed.
