Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. Leave under Section 446 of the Companies Act, 1956 is granted to the Applicant to proceed with Admiralty Suit No. 34 of 2014 against the Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay who is appointed as Liquidator of the Respondent. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant states that before executing the decree that is passed in Admiralty Suit No.34 of 2014 and withdrawal of money deposited with the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay, the Applicant shall seek leave of this Court. The statement is accepted.
