By consent the Chamber Summons is made absolute. All contentions are however left open.

Mr Samdani confirms that he has a copy of the Plaint with all its annexures. He has instructions to waive service of the Writ of Summons on the newly added Defendant. The newly added Defendant will file its Written Statement on or before 29th August 2018.
