Heard the learned Senior counsel appearing for the applicant. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent opposes the Notice of Motion. In view of the averments made in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the affidavit in support, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay of 18 days. Accordingly, Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Appeal shall be fixed for admission on the date fixed as per CMIS.
