Without going into the history of the matter, in the underlined dispute, applicant's money, which was deposited with the Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Import-I) has now been transferred to the account of the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay and that amount is invested by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay. The appeal, in which this application has been taken out, has already been admitted by an order dated 27th January 2020 and 1/2
