The Court is informed that the possession of the secured assets is to be taken tomorrow. Inasmuch as, the Petitioner has an alternate remedy, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. 2.

The statement of the learned counsel for the Petitioners is accepted that to show his bonafides, the Petitioner shall deposit sum of Rs.10,00,000/- by RTGS with the Respondent-bank by 28 March 2018. We accept the statement. The Respondent-bank shall defer taking possession of the secured assets until 3 rd April 2018.
