The only grievance raised by the Petitioners is for a direction to the Respondents to give an opportunity of being heard before further proceedings are initiated by the Respondent MHADA. The Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Respondent MHADA to give a fresh notice and opportunity of being heard to the Petitioners before further orders are passed. Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
