Without applying to have these revoked, one Mr. Zainuddin Arzoo has filed Testamentary Petition No. 525 of 2015 for probate to a Will of the same deceased. Obviously, Mr. Zaunuddin will first need to get the Letters of 21st October 2016

Mr. Zainuddin's Advocate, Mr. S.R. Saudagar has passed away in July-August this year. He will need time to engage new Advocates.
