This chamber summons is for addition of certain properties as properties belonging to the parties. The suit is for partition of properties. According to the Plaintiff, certain properties were omitted from the description of the properties belonging to the parties, and of which partition is sought. By the chamber summons, the omitted property is sought to be included in the division of items provided in the plaint. Accordingly, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The amended copies of the plaint be served on all the Defendants within four weeks from today.
