Since Mr. Parija, the learned Advocate appearing for the Plaintiff, agrees to personally pay the costs quantified at Rs. 15,000/- to the Defendant and an additional amount of Rs. 15,000/- to the Maharashtra State Legal Aid Services Authority, the present Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). All office objections to be removed on or before 4th May 2016, with no possibility of an extension. The Suit is restored to file. The previous ad-interim order dated 4th September 2015 and as modified on 9th September 2015 and continued thereafter by the order dated 28th September 2015 is to continue till 20th June 2016.

This date is fixed since the learned Advocate for the Defendant seeks that the main Notice of Motion (L) No. 235 of 2015 filed by the Plaintiff be placed for hearing and final disposal on 13th June 2016. So ordered.
