This Petition challenges an interim order passed by Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, G/N Ward, Mumbai, under Section 102(1) and 103(1) of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. By the impugned order, winding up proceedings were initiated against the Petitioner-Society and Liquidator was appointed and explanation was called for from the Petitioner-Society. By a further order dated 28 March 2018, the Petitioner's explanation has been found to be satisfactory and initiation of liquidation proceedings and interim order of appointment of liquidator have been recalled and vacated.

Learned AGP for the State tenders a copy of the order dated 28 March 2018 passed by the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Society. The order is kept on record, marked 'X' for identification. 3.

In view of this order, the Petitioner does not press its petition. The petition is disposed of as not pressed. No order as to costs. (S.C.GUPTE, J.)
