The prayer in the Petition is for permitting the petitioner to appear for final examination in the subject MCH (Plastic Surgery) which was due to commence on 07/07/2003. By virtue of ad-interim order, the petitioner was permitted for the examination and may have by now completed her course.

In the circumstance, the Petition is rendered infructuous and academic. The Petition is disposed as infructuous. Rule is disposed of accordingly. It is clarified that the petitioner's 1/2
