They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the Suit be disposed of against Defendant No.2 in terms of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Constituted Attorney of the Plaintiff and the Defendant No.2, who is marketing the impugned product manufactured by Defendant No.1. The contents of the Consent Terms have been explained and translated to Defendant No.2 in Hindi ssp 1/2

s 356 of 2015 (913).sxw and he has understood the same. The Signatories to the Consent Terms are present in Court. The learned Advocate for the Plaintiff has also signed the Consent Terms. By an order dated 06-04-2015, the above Suit is already settled between the Plaintiff and Defendant No.1. In view thereof, the Suit now stands disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms, marked 'X-1' between Plaintiff and Defendant No.2. Refund of Court Fees, if any, as per rules. The Notice of Motion is also disposed of.
