It is stated that the first appellant Raza Hussien Mukhi had died in London on 19.05.2019. Therefore, his name is required to be struck off from the list of appellants. 4.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on due consideration, we allow the prayer made in the interim application by condoning the delay, if any, in filing the interim application.

Name of appellant No. 1 Raza Hussien Mukhi shall be deleted from the list of appellants in the cause title of the related income tax appeal.
