Mr.Khandeparkar for the petitioner states that there are no office objections remained, which are required to be removed. All office objections, according to him, have been removed. At the same time, Mr.Khandeparkar states that if the registry feels that there are certain office objections to be removed, he will remove the same within three weeks from today.
In view of this statement made, the petition is restored to file. Notice of motion accordingly disposed.
It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed within three weeks from today, the petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and no application for restoration and/or for extension will be entertained.
