The applicant is present in-person and states that the petition came to be dismissed by an order dated 22nd January 2016 for non-removal of office objection particularly for non-payment of Court fees. The applicant states that she has filed a Pauper Petition which is yet to be considered. If that is allowed she will not have to pay any Court fees. In the circumstances, the petition is restored to file. The notice of motion disposed.
