Heard the counsel and also considered the affidavit in support. Mr. Mishra states that within two weeks from today newly raised office objections will be complied with. Statement accepted as undertaking to this Court.

Chamber order is allowed and accordingly disposed. The suit alongwith interim application is restored to file. Any interim order passed also stand restored as on date. If office objections are not complied with within two weeks from today, the suit will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court with no chance of any further time being granted.
