By this petition, filed as far back on 22/8/2019, the petitioner has challenged arbitral award dated 22/4/2019. A notice of motion is filed seeking condonation of delay on 22 days in filing the accompanying petition. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The petition as well as notice of motion were never moved before this Court. It is only on specific directions given by this Court that the matter is listed today for consideration. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition alongwith notice of motion. Hence, list on 20th April, 2023 under the caption 'For Dismissal'."
