The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after getting a copy of the alleged impugned order dated 16th March, 2019.

The learned AGP produces a copy of Roznama dated 16th March, 2019 which records that the Chairman of the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee has closed the application filed by the petitioner for orders and, therefore, there is no order passed on 16th March, 2019. We accept the said statement.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
