P.C. :- On this Writ Petition after taking instructions a statement is made by the learned AGP. He says that the notice of demand, copy of which is at page 479 of the paper-book will not be given effect to nor will it be enforced till the Hon'ble Supreme Court renders final decision in a Civil Appeal which has been preferred to challenge a judgment and order dated 25 April 2017 of this Court in Writ Petition No. 2119 of 2016 and MVAT Appeal No. 68 of 2016.

We accept this statement as an undertaking given to this Court and in view thereof the Petitioner's apprehensions do not survive. The Writ Petition is disposed of .
