Learned AGP has invited our attention to the public Notice annexed at page 40 of the petition, wherein a reference is made to Survey Nos. 38 and 39. The Petitioners claim to have interest in the property bearing Survey No. 23, Hissa No.14. Learned AGP, on instructions from one Mr. Vinod Dhotre, Tahsildar Borivali, points out that the notice impugned in this petition does not relate to the property claimed by the Petitioners, i.e. Survey No. 23, Hissa No. 14. In view of this clarification, the grievance raised by the Petitioners in the instant petition does not deserve to be considered. Borey 1/2
