The parties have entered into 'consent terms' on 29th August, 2023. It is signed by the Authorized Signatory for the Applicant as well as for Respondent No.1. They are identified by the respective Counsels. They are present today in the Court. The Respondent No.1 has already handed over post dated cheque for second installment. Whereas, they are going to transfer the amount of the first installment tomorrow by online.

Annexure-B is the copy of Resolution passed by the ApplicantCompany thereby authorizing the signatory to sign the 'consent terms'. Whereas, Annexure-C is the copy of Resolution passed by the Respondent No.1 - Trust thereby authorizing the signatory to sign on behalf of the Respondent No.1 - Trust.

The terms of 'consent terms' be treated as an undertaking given to the Court.

There is also an Interim Application. In view of these 'consent terms', the Execution Application and the Interim Application are disposed of.
