There is a considerable delay of 369 days. It is explained by saying that the Petitioners were not informed by her previous Advocate. Court fees have not been paid. The Petitioner now states that the Court fees are ready. As a final opportunity, I will restore the Testamentary Petition and set aside the conditional order of ARUN RAMCHNDRA SANKPAL dismissal of 20th November 2019.

This is, however, on the footing that Court fees have to be paid in full on or before 3rd September 2021. All office objections 26th August 2021

If between now and 7th September 2021, the Registry raises further requisitions, the Petitioner will have till 30th September 2021 and not beyond to remove those as well.

In other words, the full Court fees must be paid and all office objections must be removed within this schedule so that by 30th September 2021 the Petition is finally numbered. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of in these terms. 6.
