There is no dispute about the existence of the arbitration agreement. The applicant has nominated Shri Justice K.S. Radhakrishnan, former Judge of the Supreme Court as its nominee arbitrator. The respondent has nominated Smt.Justice Gyan Sudha Misra, former Judge of the Supreme Court as its nominee arbitrator. The learned arbitrators appointed by this order are requested to appoint a presiding arbitrator in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
