After this appeal was heard and we expressed our disinclination to entertain it, on instructions, the appellant's Advocate seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to adopt appropriate legal proceedings. Leave granted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. 2.
