They are signed by the partner of the Petitioner and the Vice President of Respondent No.2. The Respondent No.1 is not a party to the Consent Terms, which are between the Petitioner and Respondent No.2.

The Consent Terms are in order. They are not contrary to law. They have been drawn by the parties of their own volition in reflection of their true intentions.
