Today the matter was kept on board for passing order at 1.00 pm. 2.

However, before the matter was taken up for passing order, Mr. LGC

2 (1) IA-788.21.doc Purohit, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Defendant, on instructions of Defendant, fairly submitted that the present Interim Application could be allowed.

The Court must note fair stand of Learned Counsel. 4.

In light of this, Interim Application is allowed. Amendment in terms of Schedule annexed to the Additional Affidavit dated 6 th October 2022 to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. 5.

It is made clear that all rights and contentions of the Defendant are kept expressly open.

Defendant No.1 is granted a period of four weeks to file Additional Written Statement, if any, 7.

Newly impleaded Defendants to file their respective Written Statements, if any, within the time prescribed from the date of service of respective writ of summons.
