The order of the 30th March 2016 noted that the adoptive father's health report was awaited as was an adoption decree from the Juvenile Court and a medical certificate (HIV report) of the minor.

904-FAP-24-2016.DOC reports all are negative. The adoption decree from the Juvenile Court in Venice appears to be in order. Mr. Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer of the ICSW has also examined the updated compilation. This is taken on record and marked X-2 for identification. 3.
