Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. There are very old Central Excise and Customs Appeals pending in this Court as can be seen from the weekly board notified. Therefore, out of turn hearing cannot be given to the appeal of the year 2013. However, the appeal shall be added to the weekly board as per its turn. 2.
