Mr. Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petitions with liberty to raise all contentions, including those raised in these petitions in his challenge to the assessment orders dated 29th March, 2016 passed under Section 153(a) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 before the appellate authorities under the Act. Liberty as prayed for is granted.
