Gajane, State Tax Officer, who is present in the Court, submits that both the show cause notices dated 11th February 2022, Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" to the proceedings, are being withdrawn and a fresh show cause notice would be issued to the Petitioner within two weeks from today.
