Heard learned counsel for the official liquidator. 2.

The present Official Liquidator's Report (OLR) seeks specific directions in the context of immovable property of the company in liquidation about which information was received by the office of the official liquidator. The official liquidator seeks permission to take possession of such immovable property, to deploy security guards from a security agency from the panel

bipin prithiani 9-olr-33.24.doc maintained by the office of the official liquidator and further to appoint a panel valuer for carrying out valuation of the said immovable property.

In view of the above, the OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).

The learned counsel for the official liquidator clarified that although prayer clause (c) mentions movable assets also, the present OLR is only concerned with the immovable property, which is specified in the prayer clause.
