This Appeal under Section 35G of Central Excise Act, 1944 challenges the order dated 30th July, 2015 passed by Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.

Mr. Bangur, the learned counsel appearing in support of the Appeal on instructions from V.N. Thete, Commissioner, Central GST, Commissionerate, Kolhapur seeks to withdraw this Appeal. Jitendra Shankar Nijasure This is on account of tax effect being less of Rs.50,00,000/- as by Jitendra Shankar Nijasure Date: 2018.08.30 12:29:53 +0530 provided in CBIC circular dated 11th July, 2018. In support of this he tenders a pursis filed by the Commissioner seeking to withdraw the Appeal in view of the CBIC circular dated 11th July, 2018. The pursis is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. 1/2

Hence, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Refund of Court Fees, as per Rules.
