The main grievance in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is that the petitioner and the fifth respondent are co-owners of the subject property and that the fifth respondent is drawing water from the well in the property. If that be so, the remedy of the petitioner is to go before the Civil Court. As regards illegal parking, the learned A.G.P. appearing for the State has placed on record a compilation containing various orders passed by the police as regards parking. If anyone is found to be violating the said orders, the petitioner can always approach the Traffic Police. Subject to what is observed above, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
