Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator.

An affidavit in reply is filed on behalf of the Official Liquidator. 3.
Mr. Pimple, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, on instruction, submits that the applicant had filed certain documents in support of the claim after adjudication of the claim and therefore those documents could not be considered. Mr. Pimple fairly submits that the Official Liquidator would re-adjudicate the claim of the applicants.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the application stands Vishal Parekar, P.A.

23-ia-1186-2020.doc allowed to the limited extent directing the Official Liquidator to readjudicate the claim of the applicant after taking into account the documents which have been filed by the applicant, within a period of four weeks from today.

To rule out possibility of prejudice, the applicant is granted one week from today to file any additional documents in support of the claim.

Interim Application stands disposed.
