Through this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking clarification and correction in th resolution dated 19.08.2004 in regard to the methodology of calculating the increase in the licence fee as envisaged in the said resolution.

According to the petitioner, the said resolution, if read in the letter and spirit, the increase in licence fee has to be calculated as per wholesale price index and not retail price index.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this regard, petitioner will submit a detailed representation with

hvn 24-wp-2267.2015.odt supporting documents before respondent no. 2 who be directed to consider the same and take appropriate decision on the said representation as expeditiously as possible.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents before respondent no. 2 within four weeks from today. On receipt of the said representation, the respondent no. 2 shall consider the same and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of the said representation. 5.
