All three matters have been settled. The dues of the Petitioner have been fully satisfied by making payment outside Court directly to the Petitioners. The Petitioners had obtained arbitration Awards which were sought to be put in execution as decrees. The Petitioners then filed Execution Applications and Chamber Summonses.

In view of the satisfaction of the decrees, the decrees are to be got marked fully satisfied within four weeks from today. 4.

The Execution Applications are, therefore, infructuous and are disposed of as such.
