At the request of Ms. Pereira, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. It appears that the Petition has been incorrectly filed by the son, when it should have been filed by the Petitioner's mother. For this reason, Ms. Pereira seeks that the Court Fees paid on this Petition, which is the maximum ad-valorem Court fee, should be allowed to be adjusted against the new petition which is to be filed. The request is reasonable. The Court Fee paid on this Petition No. 628 of 2016 will be adjusted in full against the petition to be filed by the present Petitioner's mother.
