The Petition is for leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent. The suit seeks a money decree against the Defendants who are said to be carrying on business as stock broker on the Bombay Stock Exchange. A material part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. The Defendants resides outside the jurisdiction of this Court. I satisfied that with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, this Court will have the jurisdiction to entertain and try the suit. 2.
