Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the respondent would handover to the petitioner the assets a list whereof is at Schedule A forming part of Ex.C to the petition in their premises. Statement is accepted. It is made clear that the petitioner would be entitled to seek assistance of the local police at the time of taking delivery of the same from the premises of the respondent. if they so desire. If any such request is made to the concerned police station, the petitioner shall be provided police protection at the time of taking delivery of the assets described in Ex.C to the petition.

It is made clear that if any of the parties have any claim in respect of the said assets and if any such claims are made by either party against each other, the same shall be decided by the learned arbitrator on its own merits.

All questions about maintainability of any such claim if made by the parties against each other are also kept open.

Arbitration petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
