The Petition is for leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent. The proposed suit is for a declaration of title to certain shares and other properties. A material part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court where Defendants Nos. 2 and 3 have their addresses. Defendants Nos. 1 and 4 are outside the jurisdiction of this Court. I am satisfied that with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, this Court will have the jurisdiction to entertain and try the suit. 2.
