Yasha Prabha, has taken out the above Notice of Motion seeking permission of this Court to visit her daughter who is in United States of America and to look after her grand child for a period of six months. The Insolvent has no assets in India. She has informed the Court that she is unable to secure the amount due and payable by her to her creditors.
